Job Summary
Automotive Internet Sales Associates needed at Bob Bell Nissan / Kia
Sell New and Used vehicles! If you enjoy working with people are tech-savvy and have the drive to succeed this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career with a family-owned dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all internet inquiries including email leads and phone calls.
- Engage with online leads to schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
- Guide customers to product information and resources both online and in-store.
- Accurately deliver customer inquiries and messages to the appropriate sales staff or department.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed goals.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and CRM systems.
- Prior automotive or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
