What Youll Do:

• Work with showroom traffic internet leads and phone-ups
• Guide customers through a professional buying experience
• Perform vehicle presentations and test drives
• Identify needs and match the right vehicle
• Present pricing and financing clearly and confidently
• Follow up using CRM phone text and email
• Build long-term relationships and repeat business

What Were Looking For:

For Experienced Sales Professionals:

• Automotive sales experience
• Strong closing and communication skills
• Ability to follow a structured sales process
• Professional customer-first approach

For Entry-Level Candidates:

• Competitive self-motivated mindset
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Strong people skills and work ethic

Basic Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Comfortable with technology / CRM
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Spanish-speaking is a plus not required.
