C5ISR Account Manager

Sev1Tech is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of employee and project management stakeholder engagement facility management and business development initiatives. They will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction fostering positive relationships with stakeholders maintaining optimal facility operations and driving business growth. The Account Managers duties and responsibilities are listed below.

Employee and Project Management:

• Lead mentor and motivate a team of employees providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations set clear objectives and implement strategies for professional development and career advancement.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
• Responsible for Cost Schedule and Performance of projects.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key Government stakeholders and clients partners vendors and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries feedback and concerns ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Facility Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities ensuring a safe clean and efficient working environment for employees and visitors.
• Coordinate maintenance repairs and upgrades as needed and manage facility-related budgets and resources effectively.
• Implement and enforce policies procedures and compliance standards to maintain regulatory and industry requirements.

Business Development:

• Maintain existing client relationships and market insights to expand the companys customer base.
• Work with C5ISR Growth Team to execute strategic plans and proposals to win new business negotiate contracts and secure long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to drive innovation and business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management employee leadership and business development roles.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

• Must have an active Secret or higher government security clearance.
• BS in Engineering scientific/technical discipline or business. (An additional ten years of relevant experience can be substituted).
• 10 years experience with Department of Defense (DOD)/Army plans policies standards and methods aimed at the acquisition and support of military systems.
• Must be capable of managing and controlling schedules and costs to provide on time within budget and performance of all aspects of the contractual effort.
• Must be capable of providing direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies plans and procedures.
• Must be capable of providing recommendations for the resolution of technical problems.

Desired: PMP or DAWIA Level III certified
