Responsibilities:
- Complete work on each repair order with efficiency and in alignment with dealership state and factory standards.
- Address the customers primary concern with diagnosis repair and quality control.
- Communicate with the Service Manager so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Follow and promote the dealerships high standards of safety cleanliness and organization.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5-8 years of GM automotive technician experience
- Capable of diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Valid drivers license and state inspection license
