Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team supporting residents in a skilled nursing this role you will assist residents with daily care activities while promoting comfort safety and dignity.

This 12-week contract assignment offers variable day shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a resident-focused care setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
Support residents with mobility transfers and ambulation
Observe and report changes in residents conditions to nursing staff
Assist with feeding and hydration as required
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Promote a safe clean and supportive environment for residents
Follow all infection control protocols and facility safety standards

Required Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing facilities preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality compassionate patient care
