Description

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Carpenter to join our Hard FM team at the Royal Adelaide this role you will deliver high-quality carpentry and building maintenance services within a large complex healthcare facility ensuring safety reliability and excellent service standards at all times.

This is a full-time opportunity working 7:00am 3:30pm Monday to Friday. Participation in an after-hours on-call roster may be required.

What youll do

  • Deliver day-to-day carpentry and general building maintenance including repairs to doors trims hardware ceilings and FF&E.
  • Complete preventative maintenance (PPM) reactive works and emergency repairs across the facility.
  • Conduct inspections condition assessments and assist with data collection and reporting.
  • Prioritise and manage work orders to meet required timeframes and service standards.
  • Maintain a safe compliant and hazard-free workplace while collaborating with the wider maintenance team.

What youll bring

  • Trade qualification in Carpentry and current White Card.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in carpentry and building maintenance (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of WHS requirements building regulations and industry standards.
  • Experience using hand and power tools ladders and Elevated Work Platforms.
  • Reliable organised and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
