Job Summary
Fennec Services is recruiting a skilled carpenter for an immediate start on a civil project in Richlands. This short-term assignment involves general site carpentry retaining wall construction formwork set up - all as part of a small well-organised crew. The role is hands-on and suited to someone who takes pride in accurate work.
Youll need:
Proven carpentry experience on civil or infrastructure projects including formwork and concrete finishing
Skilled with hand and power tools and competent in reading basic plans and levels
Drivers licence and own transport to site
Physically fit reliable punctual and able to work in outdoor conditions
Available Monday to Saturday as required for the project duration
We offer:
Competitive flat hourly rate
Immediate start on a fixed-term engagement / Casual / Contract (approximately 68 weeks)
Responsibilities:
Review drawings check heights and construction retaining walls
Measure cut and install structural timber and temporary works accurately
Maintain tools equipment and worksites in a tidy safe condition
Follow SWMS site procedures and directions from supervisors at all times
