Job Summary
The Stores & Logistics Operative is responsible for the control of all materials components tooling logistics and shipping activities within the Part-145 approved MRO facility. The role ensures that parts materials and equipment are properly received stored controlled and issued in full compliance with Part-145 regulations company procedures and airworthiness requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Stores Operations
Daily stores operations including goods receipt inspection storage and issue of materials and components.
Ensure correct handling and storage of aircraft wheels brakes and associated components.
Ensure parts and materials are correctly identified and traceable.
Logistics & Shipping
Ensure components are packaged preserved and shipped in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate transportation with logistics providers and customers.
Prepare shipping documentation and ensure export/import compliance where applicable.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with:
Part-145 requirements
Company MOE procedures
Airworthiness certification and documentation requirements
Ensure certification paperwork (EASA/ CAA Form 1 / equivalent) accompanies components as required.
Support internal and external audits.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience in stores or logistics preferred.
Experience using inventory or ERP systems.
Ability to work accurately in a regulated environment.
Desirable Experience
Forklift or warehouse handling certification.
