About the role

The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities. The SDR will engage prospects who have shown interest in Amenitiz identifying their needs educating them on the product and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills a consultative approach and the ability to manage a high volume of inbound inquiries efficiently.

Your mission
  • Qualify inbound leads by engaging with potential customers via calls emails and chat to assess fit.
  • Educate prospects on the value of the product and generate interest in a demo.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain high-quality data in the CRM (HubSpot) for accurate forecasting.
  • Prioritize inbound inquiries to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing for feedback on lead quality and improvements.
  • Track key metrics to improve response times conversion rates and efficiency.
About you
  • 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles ideally in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills with a consultative approach.
  • Native proficiency in French and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Results-driven motivated by goals and eager to exceed expectations.
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
  • Hospitality expert and competition knowledge
