What youll be doing (and who with)
Respond to customer requests via email chat and video call.
Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.
Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans post sales module activation.
Support the team in other markets as needed.
Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).
Support at customer events in the market.
Support in market development and system adaptation.
What are we looking for
Native or bilingual in French and Spanish
High level of English
Experience in ticket resolution
Software management
Youve worked at a SaaS company
Experience in customer support
Proactive and positive attitude
Service oriented
You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus.
You are passionate about customer care
Useful:
Knowledge of other additional languages: Italian Portuguese...
A restless creative person with the ability to generate ideas.
You like to work in a team: if anything is characteristic of the Customer Experience team it is how much they help each other.
You are curious and eager to find out what the problem is and look for solutions.

Salary: According to proven experience (base salary bonus)
