What youll be doing (and who with)

You will be part of the Customer Experience team a multicultural team of over 50 people divided into different roles to assist our clients and ensure that their experience using Avantio software is as seamless as possible.

As Learning & Growth Specialist you will be responsible for training the new customer on the use of our PMS and Channel Manager.

What would be your day-to-day

• Ensure a good knowledge of the customers system.

• Advise on certain settings according to the companys profile.

• Know the available options and make the corresponding activations.

• Follow the protocols and deadlines set by the company.

• Follow up properly after the first moments of going online.

• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for

• French Spanish high level of another language is mandatory (Italian English Portuguese etc)

• Experience in teaching or training skills

• Experience working in a Saas company

• Proactive and positive attitude

• Service-oriented

• Motivated and a fan of technology. Knowledge of our products is a plus
