Your role
As a Business Development Representative you are the strategic bridge to the future of technology! Your mission is to identify high-potential opportunities and introduce businesses to groundbreaking Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities
Hunt for Innovation: Identify and profile prospective customers through exciting outbound campaigns.
Establish Rapport: Execute daily calls and emails to C-level decision-makers quickly building trust and assessing their needs.
Solution Selling: Align business pain points with cutting-edge Cloud solutions to build massive value.
Master the Pipeline: Manage leads contacts and opportunities within Salesforce (CRM) to keep the sales engine running.
Hit Your Goals: Work toward quarterly quotas and daily activity targets as part of a high-performing EMEA team.
Document Success: Keep diligent notes to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Your Profile
Language Master: Native-level German (C2) and excellent English (C1).
Tech Enthusiast: A strong understanding of Cloud Computing concepts (experience with Cloud platforms is a huge plus!).
Sales Pro: Proven experience in outbound prospecting cold calling and managing a diverse portfolio.
Market Expert: Deep understanding of the German Austrian and Swiss markets including cultural nuances and GDPR regulations.
Strategist: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into viable business solutions.
Driven: Self-motivated competitive and tenacious in achieving your goals.
