Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the application and operation of GEHC relevant product lines with specific responsibilities as follows:
- Daily Level I dispatch of GEHC BU modalities and third-party companys applications: dispatch the orders to the corresponding GEHC BU modalities and third-party companies according to the system report mail every day and follow up the training status.
- Preparation and support for internal training class
- Be responsible for Level II training and relevant arrangement
- Third party application training fee settlement: sort out the payment tracker according to the system report send the list meeting the settlement conditions to the training supplier for verification submit the request in the SSP system after confirmation receive after approval and register in the payment tracker.
- System related work support
- Quarterly finance ECA Check: provide training IBs payment status to Finance.
- E-application System upgrade support
- QARA QMS and related work
Qualifications:
- Process improvements and Lean Project. Business trips required by work
- Strong communication skill and cross function teamwork
- Good communication in oral and written English
- Good office software skills like word excel PowerPoint
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong ownership teamwork
