Were looking for a FPA Scientific Field and Technology Solutions Sales Affairs to support the Food Production Business Unit.
The main roles of the positions are:
Maximize resources and approach towards One Health challenges;
Facing the of Animal Health develop an approach that leverage on the market;
Collaborate with Scientific field affairs guaranteeing the correct product placement;
Develop and implement with the commercial team the strategic plan for Food Production Animals;
Contribute to the Customer Omnichannel Engagement plan in collaboration with Omnichannel Team including digital engagement identification of personas messages/content channel mix;
Developing the business in order to connect the food chain stakeholders through technology in collaboration with Omnichannel team and strategical marketing;
Provide Technical and effective medical and scientific assistance and support of the launch and promotion of FPA products analyzing the competitors and addressing challenges raised by market several stakeholders and Field Force;
Develop the Life monitoring business connecting with Biopharma portfolio and impacting different stakeholders;
Promote Technology Solutions across the several stakeholders;
Create brand key messages and narratives for sales force with Other Centered Selling methodology;
Educate the sales teams on brand related topics;
Initiate the development of promotional materials with the definition of the technical contents;
Interface with headquarters with the participation in international teams to share Marketing and Technical information across internal and external stakeholders;
Participating in conferences even as speaker to increase technical knowledge/awareness of disease related to the corporate products portfolio as well on the use and /or correct administration of the product.
Provide ongoing support and tools to continue develop the business.
In accordance with Portuguese legislation and the corporate procedures ensure planning implementation and proper monitoring of the support clinical trials implement and monitoring post-marketing trials developing and discussing the protocols contacting and training the veterinary medical staff preparing the required documentation and verifying clinical data updating files related to the study as well as to the assessment of the statistical results.
Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance activities i .e. collect and examine adverse reports collect samples of the animals in the field send samples for laboratory analysis.
Requirements:
Degree or Master in Veterinary Medicine;
Post degree on Sales and Marketing will be a plus;
Knowledge of Food Production Animals Market;
Expertise of Market Access will be a plus;
2 years (minimum) of experience in the function; Correct use of the native language (Portuguese);
Understanding and fluency in English language;
Regulation Knowledge Portuguese legislation;
