Job Summary
WisEngineering is currently evaluating candidates for an anticipatedcontract award supporting the United States Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE). While these positions are not immediate we are proactively building a pipeline of qualified professionals who are interested in both current and future career opportunities at Fort Sill OK with one position possibly located at Fort Hood. Incumbents encouraged to apply.
Please note that U.S. Citizenship is required for all roles and these positions require 100% on-site support. Active Secret Clearance Required.
LMS Course Specialist
Location: Fort Sill OK
Role Summary: Subject Matter Expert for the Army Training Information System (ATIS) and Blackboard LMS. Facilitates online distributed learning and course framework customization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage course lifecycles using approved Blackboard Naming Conventions.
Train instructors and course managers on LMS functions (test design gradebooks).
Act as primary POC for user enrollment and access authorization.
Monitor system performance and collaborate with ATSC for software upgrades.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
Security: Active SECRET clearance is mandatory.
Education: Bachelors Degree.
Experience: 2 years of experience administering courses in an Army LMS (Blackboard).
Certification: Must complete mandatory Army Blackboard modules (101-301) within 30 days of award.
Compliance: IAT Level II Certification (Security CE).
