Sales & Support Representative

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Sales & Support Representative to join our team.  This individual Provides a high level of sales support to the Publishers Group West and crossbrand National Accounts Sales team accounts and distribution clients. Performs routine sales and administrative support duties for Sales Team assisting in preparation for key account selling and providing special projects support and analysis for sales.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• 1 year experience working with MS Office or equivalent in a school or work setting

OR

• Bachelors Degree
• 1 year experience working with MS Office or equivalent in a school or work setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of organization operating procedures and policies of the company
• Knowledge of metadata

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepares national account reps for sales calls by creating monthly lists of titles gathering materials creating seasonal presentations building Edelweiss collections and keeping track of drop-ins.
• Creates and sends daily weekly POS reports and bestseller lists for our distribution brands/accounts.
• Helps prepare marketing newsletter eblasts for various sales channels.
• Liaises with client services teams to ensure sell-in materials are available for sales calls.
• Backlist and brand analysis as required.
• Provides administrative support to VP Sales including sales reporting on a routine basis.

Hiring Salary Range: $20.06/hr - $24.64/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
