As a Security Officer - Site Patrol in Albuquerque NM you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. As an Allied Universal Patrol Officer supporting a fast-paced tech location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas perform routine rounds and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist with access points observe activity and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering a customer-first experience. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office technology and/or operations areas including interior spaces parking lots and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or policy issues.
• Control access at assigned entrances by verifying identification managing visitor check-in and/or badge processes and directing deliveries to designated locations in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete shift logs incident reports and patrol documentation and communicate noteworthy activity to supervisors and/or site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A State County or City issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
