RN - Hospice - Full-Time

Schedule: Full-Time M-F 8am - 4:30pm.
Location: Would provide service intheSt. Paul/West. St. Paul MN area.
Pay rate: Up to $72.20/hour Depending on Experience!
*This is a temporary assignment filling in for a leave of absence!

Responsibilities Include:
- Triage phone calls as needed.
- Complete necessary steps for medication refills as needed.
- Durable Medical Equipment support and troubleshooting.
- Symptom management for hospice patients.
- Making visits for deaths and/or helping patients with issues that are not able to be managed over the phone.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- An active RN license in the states of MN and WI are required.
- At leastone year of previous experience working as an RN in a hospice long-term care or palliative care setting.
- Must have reliable transportation for patient visits.
- Must have a reliable phone/workspace at home to provide phone triage assistance remotely.
