Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize finance department profitability and product penetration
- Track and manage portfolio performance with lender partners
- Review and inspect department paperwork daily to ensure fast and accurate deal flow
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local state and federal regulations
- Support the sales department in achieving overall store goals
- Demonstrate professionalism strong ethics and outstanding customer service
- Work closely with the sales team to reinforce proper selling methods
- Set and maintain the finance department work schedule
- Represent the dealership in a professional and customer-focused manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior automotive dealership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (federal and state)
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
