Position Summary:

Seekinga highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst who will play a pivotal role in steering a dedicated team of analytics experts to support the reporting needs of the Sales & Marketing functions in our Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) segment. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who is passionate about harnessing data to drive enhanced reporting insightful analysis and informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will work with business leadership todetermineneedsprovidedatainsightsand enhance business intelligence systems across PES. Your passion for data governance creative problem-solvingand technical skills will be crucial as you drive continuous improvement interpret data and provide data driven recommendations and insights to accelerate business strategy and performance.This position is hybrid in Milwaukee WI.

PESis one of three operating segments with approximately $1.7 Billion in revenue and produces electric motors variable speed controls and air moving solutions which are sold in the residential heating and ventilating water heating commercial refrigeration pump leisure water and other OEM and aftermarket products. Brands includeGenteq motors as well asFasco Elco DEC Star Leesonmotorand blowers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to design buildand deployPowerBI solutions to commercial needs.

• Mentorteamasa subject matter expert inPowerBI.

• Analyzelarge amountsof information to discover and report on trends and patterns.

• Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of PowerBI solutions.

• Support the team as a subject matter expert in PowerBI.

• This position reports directly to theSr. Manager CommercialExcellence for PES North America while also supporting the needs of the segments VP of Sales. The Commercial Excellence teamis responsible fordelivering best-in-class capabilities across Commercial Analytics Lead Generation Sales Incentivesand CRM Management to achieve our growthobjectivesalongside our Sales Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Data Science Computer ScienceBusinessor related field.

• 5-7 years experience in business analyst role with a focus on BI

• Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate performance based upon information from disparate sources.

• Strong presentation communication skills with the ability to summarize and communicate data clearly and accurately.

• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).

• Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions

• High levelof personal initiativeenergyand ownership of business results.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and worktotight deadlines.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Power BI certifications.

• Familiarity with reportingand integration.

• Experience with reporting SQL Microsoft AccessExcel and Power Apps and Oracleintegration preferred

• Commercial experience aligned Sales and Customer Care data and processes strongly preferred

• Knowledge of data structure best practices - data warehousing modelingand mining.

• Project management experience is a plus.

• Ability to synthesize and effectively communicate organizational performance based upon information from disparate sources
