Philanthropy & Communications Manager

What is the job
This role manages and supports philanthropic initiatives for the Regal Foundation working closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to create meaningful community impact and positive brand visibility. The position helps identify develop and execute charitable partnerships campaigns and events that align with Regals values and strengthen relationships with nonprofit organizations and industry partners.

Youll play a key role in coordinating philanthropic programs supporting media and public relations efforts and ensuring initiatives are effectively communicated both internally and externally. This role combines relationship management event coordination and communications work to help amplify Regals community engagement efforts.

What will you be doing

• You will manage relationships and campaigns with philanthropic partners while identifying new opportunities that align with the Regal Foundations mission.
• Youll help plan and execute philanthropic events initiatives and promotional activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• You will develop communications materials such as press releases and media alerts to highlight Regal Foundation initiatives.
• Youll monitor and analyze media coverage related to philanthropic activities and help identify opportunities for positive visibility.
• You will support fundraising initiatives and identify ways for corporate and theatre teams to participate in community engagement efforts.

About you

• Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business Administration or a related field with relevant experience in communications partnerships or philanthropy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Collaborative and self-motivated with an interest in community engagement and building meaningful partnerships.
