Commercial Lines Insurance Processor
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and professional Commercial Lines Insurance Processor to join a team. This role is integral to supporting clients and ensuring the smooth operation of commercial insurance processes. Reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager the successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of eight professionals. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $85000 (commensurate with experience)
- 401(k): 3% company match
- Comprehensive benefits package provided
Responsibilities
- Process policy changes and endorsements with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide renewal support to ensure seamless client service.
- Prepare and issue certificates and evidence of insurance.
- Deliver administrative and client support to maintain high service standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients carriers and underwriters to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience preferred for higher salary consideration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is required.
- Soft Skills:
- Professional demeanor and communication skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
