Partner directly with the Co-CEO of a creator-first platform generating $100M ARR. This high-leverage role balances executive support with strategic project execution. You will drive critical initiatives analyze data for insights and protect the founders focus during a period of 450% year-on-year growth at one of the worlds fastest-growing scale-ups.

What you will do:

• Drive strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO to maintain business momentum.

• Own the executive projects board and analyze large data sets to surface actionable insights for leadership.

• Manage complex scheduling inbox prioritization and travel logistics with precision to maximize the founders leverage.

The ideal candidate:

• 3-7 years of experience supporting a Founder or C-Suite leader within a high-growth technology environment.

• Data-literate professional comfortable extracting insights from Sheets and utilizing AI tools to multiply personal output.

• Proactive operator with a high-ownership mindset who can navigate ambiguity and confidently manage senior stakeholders.
