Job Summary
| Job Purpose | The Candidate will be responsible for structuring frameworks define SOPs and drive standardisation across all vigilance activities. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | and continuously improve the Employee Risk Management (ERM) policy framework. frameworks and drive standardisation across all vigilance activities of Policies & SOPs. Rule calibration for better results reduction in false positives. Control Charts and ensuring RCA on misses. trainings to RVU employees. Management : HR and other functions. of Monthly & quarterly dashboards. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Graduate/Post Graduate with 8-10 years of relevant experience Employee Risk / Conduct Risk / RCU / Ethics & Compliance / HR Risk Stakeholder management and good communications skill required. High integrity confidentiality stakeholder management objective decision making crisis communication documentation excellence. Good Command over MS Office & PPT etc Time management skills required. |
