Job Summary

Job Description:

An Accountant with 3 years of experience isresponsible for maintaining accurate financial records preparing balance sheets and income statements managing accounts payable/receivable

Key Responsibilities
  • General Ledger & Reporting:Maintain accurate general ledgers perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly/annual financial statements (balance sheets income statements).
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable:Manage vendor payments reconcile invoices and ensure timely collections.
  • Compliance & Tax:Prepare and file tax returns (VAT income tax) and ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
  • Financial Analysis & Budgeting:Assist in budgeting forecasting and conducting variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Audit Support:Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Process Improvement:Identify inefficiencies in accounting systems and implement improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education:Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
  • Experience:3 years of experience in accounting bookkeeping or a similar finance role.
