Job Summary

Responsibilities: As an IT Asset Management Practitioner you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management of assets within the organization. This includes managing software assets by tracking licenses agreements and digital tools as well as managing hardware assets through accurate tracking tagging maintenance and reporting of physical information technology assets. You will audit control maintain and reconcile assets to ensure compliance and optimize resource usage. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while actively participating in problem-solving discussions. Advanced proficiency in Asset Life Cycle Management is required. Advanced proficiency in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Configuration Management (CM) is suggested. Develop a thorough understanding of asset management processes to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of all organizational assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving asset utilization and reducing costs. Contribute to the preparation and execution of asset audits to maintain compliance with organizational policies and external regulations. Support the implementation of best practices in asset tagging maintenance and reporting to enhance data accuracy and availability. Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in asset records to maintain integrity and reliability of asset information.
