What you will do:
Were looking for astrategic and data-driven Lifecycle Marketing and Automation Manager to own the execution and optimization of ouremail push notification and in-app messagingprograms. This role will develop aunified customer engagement strategy across these channels ensuring alignment withloyalty objectives and business goals.
The ideal candidate has astrong background in lifecycle marketing personalization and automation withhands-on HTML experiencefor email execution. This person will play a critical role in optimizingreal-time triggered and promotional campaignsacross all direct marketing channels.
This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street Toronto.
Responsibilities:
Manage theend-to-end executionof email push and in-app campaigns fromstrategy and creative development to deployment and reporting while overseeing thecampaign calendarto ensure strategic spacing across channels prevent fatigue and maximize impact and ensuringproper segmentation and targetingfor batch triggered and event-based campaigns.
Work within Braze Platformtobuild test and optimizeemail and push notification templates edit and troubleshootHTML email templatesto ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-client compatibility and implementdynamic content blocks and scriptingfor enhanced personalization in email and in-app messages.
Report on theeffectiveness of communication channelsin driving engagement includingemail performance metrics while championingA/B and multivariate testingto optimize engagement conversion rates and incrementality.
Qualifications:
Post-Secondary education in a related field (marketing digital marketing project management)
3-5 years of experiencein email push or lifecycle marketing preferably in a data-driven environment
Proficiency in HTML for email with experience editing and troubleshooting email templates
Experience managingcross-channel marketing campaignsincluding email push notifications and in-app messaging
Experience in Braze Platform
Familiarity with Adobe Target is preferred
Understanding of email marketing fundamentals including segmentation personalization deliverability best practices and compliance regulations (e.g. CASL)
Familiarity with email marketing analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics) to track and analyze campaign performance metrics derive insights and optimize future strategies
Understanding ofpush notification and in-app messaging best practicesincluding opt-in strategies frequency capping and personalization
