Job Description:
The key accountabilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Maintain efficient filing and archiving system coordinate site requests and mobilization requests with organization procedures and quality control frameworks.
Manage procurement of PPE purchase requisitions and handle administrative tasks such as training coordination and stationery supplies.
Coordinate mail distribution assist with meeting minutes and maintain databases.
Monitor project vehicle servicing and provide administrative support to the Senior Construction Manager.
Contribute to the national rollout of competency databases and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Education and experience:
3 Years experience in a similar role
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
Competent in MS Office suite of programs.
Outstanding planning and organisational skills.
Experience in management of purchase orders and basic fiscal reconciliation.
