Digital Media and Corporate Communications Specialist

OVERVIEW

ISS STOXX is growing! We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Media and Corporate Communication Specialist to elevate our digital presence strengthen brand awareness and enhance engagement with global media industry stakeholders and capital market audiences especially in developed markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative fast-paced and intellectually curious this role you will play a key role in shaping our digital communications strategy supporting content creation and ensuring consistent high-quality messaging that reflects our mission and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Digital & Social Media Management

• Oversee and fulfill social media content requests from internal teams.

• Edit refine and publish/schedule final posts across platforms with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

• Maintain organized SharePoint resources and Excel trackers for content calendars requests and campaign activities.

B. Media Relations & Communications Support

• Manage track and fulfill journalist and media requests including proxy research report delivery.

• Proofread and distribute press releases and related PR materials.

• Prepare spokespeople with talking points coordinate interviews and manage post-interview followups.

C. Content Development & Production

• Assist with podcast production including episode coordination content planning and performance tracking.

• Support thoughtleadership efforts including creating and optimizing content for social channels.

• Manage updates and publishing of website content using WordPress and Wix.

D. Internal Communications & Administrative Support

• Support internal communication initiatives and assist in preparing decks memos and presentations.

• Provide general communications support and complete additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Training & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism or a related field.

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in public relations digital communications or social media management.

• Working knowledge of social media platforms especially LinkedIn and emerging digital media technologies.

• Experience using WordPress Wix and basic content management systems.

• Familiarity with creating or coordinating multimedia content including podcasts.

• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Copilot.

• Exceptional writing editing and proofreading abilities with a strong eye for accuracy and detail.

• Ability to distill complex information into clear concise and compelling messages.

• Demonstrated capacity to balance multiple short- and long-term projects under deadline pressure.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business units.

• A self-motivated results-driven professional who takes ownership of responsibilities and delivers high-quality work.

Work Location & Schedule:

• Amenable to work in Ayala North Exchange Makati on a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite per week)

• Will be assigned to a dayshift schedule 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PHT
