About the Role
Inline USA is seeking a skilled and experienced Survey Crew Chief to provide on-site leadership and oversight for our field crews in Yellow Pine Idaho starting April 1 2026. This role is responsible for day-to-day project execution safety performance quality assurance scheduling and strong client relations.
This position follows a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off fly-in fly-out (FIFO) rotation. While on rotation the Survey Crew Chief is expected to be on-site for the full duration of the shift and available to support operational requirements as scheduled.

Be the Face of Inline in the Field:
As the primary on-site contact youll represent Inline with professionalism clarity and confidence. Youll collaborate closely with client partners strengthen working relationships and ensure their expectations are met and exceeded. Your coordination with our drafting and project admin teams ensures seamless communication and reporting throughout the project.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience and bachelors degree in surveying/Geomatics related post-secondary education or equivalent field experience recognized under Idahos surveying licensure pathways.
Must be a licensed Idaho Land Surveyor
Minimum of 3 years leading a surveying crew.
Valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification (Adult/Child/Infant) from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
Strong communication skills organization and analytical process-driven approach.
