Faculty and staff partner with families to create a supportive environment that encourages growth leadership and lifelong faith Overview The Director of Domestic Admissions provides strategic leadership for all aspects of domestic student recruitment and enrollment. This role serves as the primary ambassador of Rice Memorial High School to prospective families ensuring a warm personalized and mission-centered admissions experience from inquiry through enrollment grounded in the schools core Responsibilities Lead the full domestic admissions cycle from inquiry to enrollment. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with institutional goals. Build and sustain partnerships with regional feeder schools parishes and community organizations. Oversee application review documentation collection and admissions decision processes. Collaborate with school leadership regarding financial assistance and enrollment forecasting. Maintain accurate and confidential records using the schools CRM system. Analyze enrollment metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making. Family Engagement & Community Presence Serve as the primary point of contact for domestic families. Conduct engaging campus tours and coordinate student shadow experiences. Represent Rice at recruitment fairs school visits and parish events. Strengthen Rices visibility across Vermont and surrounding regions. Ensure all admissions interactions reflect the schools Catholic identity and commitment to excellence. Event Leadership & Marketing Plan and execute high-impact Open Houses and admissions events. Manage marketing materials and branded communications. Collaborate with faculty and staff to present a cohesive school experience. Evaluate marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
