This role will be on an in-office basis. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations as well as for team meetings training opportunities and relationship building.
Position Summary
The Summer Intern will assist our legal and administrative personnel with a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares and drafts routine correspondence/memorandum and emails.
Maintains and updates physical and electronic files.
Performs basic document review and light research.
Schedules calendars and confirms appointments.
Reserves conference rooms and prepares materials for conferences.
Performs additional duties as required including but not limited to assisting with other departments and GT offices.

Education & Prior Experience
Must be a High School or College Student
Some office support experience
Technology
Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly

The expected pay range for this position is:
$20 per hour
Salary will be determined based upon education experience job related factors permitted by law internal equity and market data including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
