What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors drivers and employees at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Control access to the facility by checking identification issuing temporary badges managing visitor and driver sign-in and/or sign-out and directing individuals to the appropriate staging shipping or receiving areas.
• Monitor alarms cameras radios and other front desk systems; help to deter unauthorized access by reporting irregular activity to site leadership and/or dispatch.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including coordinating notifications documenting actions taken and supporting first responders as directed by site procedures.
• Maintain accurate written and electronic logs of activity including visitor records key and/or access device control incident reports and communication with warehouse and transportation teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
