The Outsourcing Control Department part of the CIB Engineering team is responsible for ensuring robust operational performance and strong governance across key Back Office and other critical outsourcing arrangements. The area integrates process optimization control frameworks and close stakeholder coordination to ensure service quality regulatory compliance risk mitigation and business continuity within the Corporate & Investment Banking environment.

About the job:

1. Introduction to the Position Business Analyst (Outsourcing Control)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Outsourcing Control Department. This role is responsible for supporting the Head of the Department in the control and monitoring of key Back Office outsourcing activities ensuring operational efficiency service quality and alignment with internal standards.

The position acts as a liaison between Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) stakeholders and outsourced service providers facilitating communication and ensuring smooth collaboration. The role also includes participation in project management initiatives and contributing to business continuity planning to ensure operational resilience and risk mitigation.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Control and monitoring of key Back Office outsourcing activities.
Control and monitoring of key outsourcing services.
Coordination and communication with CIB stakeholders.
Support and execution of project management initiatives.
Contribution to Business Continuity planning and follow-up.

2. Requirements:

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skill.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
Knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel is mandatory.
Project management experience or strong interest in developing in this area.
Previous experience will be valued.
