What youll be doing:

  • Owning your own revenue target and taking full responsibility for deals closed
  • Managing the full sales journeyfrom inbound enquiries and outbound prospecting through to close
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers across SME customers
  • Driving pipeline growth and market penetration in sectors such as pharmacy care optical and audiology
  • Working closely with marketing to support campaigns that generate demand
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product and customer success teams to ensure long-term client value
  • Keeping a close eye on industry trends competitors and opportunities to stay ahead

What were looking for:

  • Proven success in B2B sales ideally within healthcare or medical devices
  • Strong experience selling into SME customers
  • Confidence using structured sales methodologies like BANT or MEDDIC
  • A proactive energetic approach with the ability to juggle multiple opportunities
  • Someone who is detail-oriented but also commercially sharp
  • An entrepreneurial mindsetyoure comfortable taking ownership and making things happen
