The Planning Solutions team is at the forefront of data innovation within S&P Global Mobility driving strategic initiatives that transform how the organization leverages its vast data assets. Operating in a collaborative fast-paced environment the team values precision analytical thinking and continuous learning while working on high-impact projects that directly influence business decisions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Help design and implement comprehensive metadata management frameworks to ensure data accuracy consistency and accessibility across enterprise systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance standards and best practices that support strategic business initiatives

  • Analyze complex data structures and relationships to create detailed documentation and mapping that enables efficient data discovery and utilization

  • Help develop and maintain metadata repositories and catalogs that serve as the foundation for data-driven decision making across the organization

  • Help lead data quality assessment initiatives and provide recommendations for improving data integrity and reliability

  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to support system integrations and data migration projects with robust metadata solutions

What Were Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Data Management or related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis metadata management or data governance roles

  • Experience with data modeling tools and metadata management platforms such as Collate

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or similar platforms

  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud

  • Previous experience in the automotive or data-intensive industries
