Band 3 - base salary from $83108 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience

Are you an experienced training content developer looking to apply your expertise in a role that supports high-quality training and assessment at our RTO

We are seeking an experienced professional for a permanent position in content development. Working closely with trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs) you will create engaging fit for purpose learning activities and supporting materials.

In this role youll ensure that all content and assessment align with compliance and regulatory requirements maintaining the highest quality standards. Additionally youll have the opportunity for intrastate travel to gather valuable insights ensuring the development of relevant and effective training materials.

About you

With demonstrated experience in content development you will bring an engaging can-do attitude and strong time management skills. You have a keen eye for detail along with the ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders to gather input confirm accuracy and finalise high quality content within agree timeframes

Ideally you have experience with course development software such as Articulate and at least one LMS platform as well as a solid understanding of compliance and reporting requirements.

Your advanced Microsoft word and document design skills combined with strong communication skills and an adaptable approachable style enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with trainers subject matter experts (SMEs) field team members and leaders across the business.
