Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (SFMC) Permanent or Contract

We are looking for two experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developers to join our team in Sydney on a 12-month contract. These roles are pivotal in supporting our transition from Marketing Cloud Engage to Marketing Cloud Advanced while navigating a major migration of our decisioning engine to Data Cloud.

Due to the high level of stakeholder collaboration required for these initiatives this role is based on-site in Sydney.

The Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of complex multi-channel EDM campaigns. This isnt just about HTML coding; we need SFMC experts who can build sophisticated automations and customer journeys that drive real engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality EDM development and HTML coding within SFMC.
• Build and manage complex lifecycles using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Support the transition and migration from Marketing Cloud Engage to Marketing Cloud Advanced.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns spanning email push notifications in-app messaging and notification centres.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications :

We are looking for hands-on technical specialists who move beyond general EDM execution into deep SFMC architecture and development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong demonstrable experience specifically focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven expertise in HTML/CSS for email and AMP script.
• Strong proficiency in Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• Experience with multi-channel deployments (Push In-App).
• Highly Desirable: Previous experience with SFMC Engage to Advanced migrations.
• Advantageous: Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or experience transitioning from Pega decisioning.
