Job Summary
Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Work Schedule: 5AM to 2PM (T-W) 5AM to 2:30 (TH-F) 5AM to 12 (S) but possibility of changes due to New Hire Orientation happens every Night shift
Location: Eastwood Libis Quezon City
Salary Package: 25000 PHP to 28000 PHP/Monthly
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field is required
- At least two (2) years of HR employee engagement experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) or Canva
- Experience in planning and coordinating company events and engagement activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and Problem-solving
- Willingness to work onsite and follow shifting schedules
