Your mission should you choose to accept it:

Support the recruitment process for our early talents (interns and apprentice) and more if you feel like to from posting jobs and screening profiles to coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.
Ensure our opportunities are visible and attractive on partner platforms (like JobTeaser) and help our employer brand shine.

Team up with our Mission Handicap Apprentice France to promote Diversity and Inclusion (Chaymaa I will miss you too !)
Contribute to our university partnerships and strengthen connections with student communities.
Help organize and support career forums and recruitment events both online and on-site.
Share your ideas to help us continuously improve the candidate experience.

Who are you

Youre curious resourceful and eager to understand how businesses grow through people.
You feel at ease talking to anyone from students to senior leaders.
Youre structured and organized but also flexible in a fast-paced international environment.
You enjoy teamwork but are also comfortable taking initiative.
You believe every candidate deserves respect regardless of their background or path.

You are currently enrolled in a Masters program (ideally M2) or equivalent in a school that supports an apprenticeship contract (contrat dalternance). Your academic background can be in any field HR is something well teach you on the job!

You are fluent in French and English and you enjoy working across cultures and perspectives.

Above all you believe that great teams are built through diverse ideas and life paths because in healthcare better solutions come from diversity of thought.
