Job Title:Door Shop Worker

Reports to:Store Manager

FLSA Status:Non-Exempt

Division:Pineville NC

Summary

Responsible for operating manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Proficient in safely operating a wide range of manufacturing machinery and hand tools following all safety protocols and production procedures to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime.
Experienced in assembling and producing door units to exact specifications including measuring cutting fitting quality-checking components and ensuring all units meet company and industry standards.
Strong team collaborator with the ability to communicate effectively resolve issues constructively and support team goals in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously prioritizing workload based on production needs and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
Standing is done 100% of the time on the job
Must be able to squat pull lift
Must be able to read a measuring tape
Noise in the work area is usually loud

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of experience (preferred)

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand use hands and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stoop kneel crouch walk talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
