Shift: 2-2-3 Schedule 6:30 PM 6:30 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker I / Material Handler to support warehouse and material handling operations. This is a physically demanding role involving lifting packing unpacking and movement of materials. Candidates will be trained on forklift operations if needed.

Key Responsibilities

Perform material handling activities including receiving storing and issuing raw materials.
Dispatch materials for manufacturing work orders and ensure accurate transactions.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system entries.
Support warehouse operations by following standard procedures and safety guidelines.
Conduct visual checks and ensure proper labeling storage and handling of materials.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness organization and safety standards.
Assist in physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Operate warehouse equipment (forklift training provided if needed).
Support internal teams with timely and accurate material supply.
Complete required documentation and maintain records for compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills (Excel Oracle preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced physically demanding environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating a stand-up forklift (training provided if not).
Direct material handling experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Additional Information

Physical role involving lifting packing and moving materials.
Strong attendance and stable work history required.
