Job Summary
Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility ( NON SWEDISH ) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months. All Swedish facilities honor active compact license. Start Date: 6/29 First Time Travelers Accepted 1 Year Experience Required No Floating No Weekends/Holiday No Call Requirements Prefer LICSW MSW Required Case Load varies from 10 new patients a week verifying caregivers over the phone Completing psychosocial evaluations for Pre/post liver transplant patients Stationed outpatient but do provide evaluations for inpatient depending on dept needs
