The Global Benefits & Accommodations Intern will support the Global Benefits and Global Accommodations & Leaves teams in delivering programs and services that enhancethe employeeexperience across a global workforce. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations Total Rewardsbenefitsadministration and accommodations and leave processes.

The intern willassistwith daily operations reporting and project-based initiatives while supporting process improvements and exploring opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and standardized workflows.

The Mid-Market Revenue Acceleration Intern will support the AVP Mid Markets and Regional Directors in strengthening whitespace penetration and execution effectiveness through data-driven analysis and AI-enabled workflow development.

The role includes two complementary focus tracks:

• Strategy Track Develop AI-assisted account prioritization models analyze CRM and whitespace datasets identify signal patterns across TAM and build executive-ready dashboards and repeatable research workflows.
• Activation Track Translate prioritization into coordinated execution by aligning with BDR and Channel teams developing AI-assisted messaging frameworks mapping coverage gaps and building execution playbooks.

Both tracks emphasize measurable impact structured problem-solving cross-functional coordination and responsible AI utilization to improve speed quality and revenue execution outcomes.
