Responsibilities
Maintain Customer Satisfaction at or above company standards.
Maintain sales tax-exempt documentation.
Post accounts payable invoices and issue vendor Purchase Orders.
Record and maintain 1099 information including year-end forms and reports.
Prepare accounts payable checks and resolve all vendor/receivable inquiries accurately and timely.
Prepare and distribute AR statements. Manage AR balances & collection.
Qualifications
Required: Previous experience as an AP/AR clerk within a dealership accounting office.
Proven track record of maintaining high Customer Satisfaction results.
Strong communication skills to relay customer needs to management and sales teams.
Professional appearance and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work varied hours including weeknights and weekends.
Valid Drivers License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
