LOCATION: Lallie Kemp Medical CenterIndependence Louisiana
DEPARTMENT: Patient Navigation

Description: This position is responsible for supervising the Patient Navigation Department by helping guide patients through all various complexities of the healthcare system. Incumbent will receive direct supervision from the LAK Director Performance Improvement/ Quality.

Minimum Qualifications Requirements: A baccalaureate degree Louisiana License to practice professional nursing from the LA State Board of Nursing and three (3) years of professional nursing experience.

Substitutions:

A baccalaureate degree in nursing may be substituted for one (1) year of the experience.
A masters degree in nursing may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.
