Are you ready to be part of a collaborative innovative and purpose-driven engineering team At Hitachi Energy were looking for a Control and Protection Testing Engineer to join our Substation Automation Systems unit.
How you will make an impact
Carrying out the testing for the configuration of Protection and Control IEDs for transmission and distribution substations inlinewith customer specification (main software: PCM600)
Develop together with the project core team the protection and control concepts for transmission and distribution systems inclose collaboration with the customer
Continuous interactions with the engineering and project management team to carry out the testing works effectively.
Independently manage both internal tests and final customer tests (FAT)

Your background
Educational Qualification; Engineering Diploma
Experience in a control & protection engineer role(preferential)
Excellent communication skills customer interface skills multi priority and multi-tasking.
Analytical and strategic approach
Proven communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English.
Willingness to work in person and to travel in Portugal
Team player but able to work independently and under pressure
