About the role

Were looking for a bold strategic marketing leader to shape and drive FCMs marketing vision across Europe the Middle East and South Africa. Youll own the regional strategy elevate our brand and lead high-impact multi-channel campaigns that generate demand fuel growth and strengthen our position as a top global TMC.

Youll partner with senior leaders guide country marketing teams and champion datadriven commercial marketing that delivers real ROI. From brand leadership and executive visibility to digital demand gen and client engagement youll set the pace - and the standard. Youll also develop and inspire a talented regional team fostering a collaborative highperformance culture.

About you

Youre a confident commercially minded B2B marketing leader with experience driving results across multi-market or matrixed organisations. You bring:

Strong experience leading regional B2B marketing (812 years).
Sharp strategic thinking across digital content events and ABM.
A data- and ROI-driven mindset that links marketing to revenue.
Excellent executive influencing and communication skills.
A track record of leading motivating and developing distributed teams.
Ideally experience in travel tech or professional services.
