About the role:
Were looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to drive Onecoms digital strategy and elevate our online presence across the this pivotal role youll take ownership of our website lead key digital channels including Google Ads and HubSpot and deliver highperforming campaigns that fuel revenue growth. Youll blend creativity with data-driven decisionmaking constantly optimising our digital ecosystem to improve conversion customer experience and marketing effectiveness while championing innovation AI adoption and continuous improvement across all digital touchpoints.
What makes you a great fit:
Strong experience managing digital campaigns across paid and organic channels (SEO PPC social search)
Proven track record of website optimisation and driving conversion improvements
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation systems
Skilled in creating and optimising landing pages and digital user journeys
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across teams
Strong analytical mindset confident interpreting data and reporting performance
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace
Creative thinker with a passion for digital innovation
Competent in using AI tools and excited to expand capability
Ability to identify test and implement continuous improvements
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive growth and strengthen brand visibility
Manage and optimise the Onecom website ensuring content performance and conversion journeys are continually improved
Plan and deliver multichannel digital campaigns across the group
Manage paid channels particularly Google Ads to maximise ROI and increase qualified traffic
Build and optimise HubSpot landing pages forms workflows and automations
Ensure enquiries are accurately tracked attributed and routed effectively to Lead Gen teams
Set monitor and report on KPIs including traffic conversion engagement and ROI
Use insight and data to drive continuous optimisation across campaigns and digital experiences
Lead improvements in website UX site speed SEO and content relevance
Maintain consistent brand tone and quality across all digital touchpoints
Support the creation of high-quality digital assets for campaigns
Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies leveraging AI for content creation workflows and performance enhancements
Managing the cookie framework and PECR-compliant mailing lists.
Responsibility for the upload and formatting of legal notices (Privacy Notices legal terms etc.) to the website.
Completing impact questionnaires for new projects/suppliers and participating in the Data Protection Steering Group.
