Job Title: Warehouse Section Leader
Location: Warehouse (Skelmersdale)
Are you a natural leader who knows how to keep things aligned At were expanding our floor plan and we need a Warehouse Section Leader who can orchestrate our team with the precision of a perfectly kitted out lounge.

The Master Plan (The Role)
You arent just part of the furniture; youre the one making sure every piece of the puzzle fits together. Youll oversee the entire warehouse lifecyclefrom the moment goods arrive at the bay to the second theyre shipped out to a happy customer.
Your key responsibilities:
Lead the Crew: Motivate and develop your team ensuring everyone is on the same page (and shelf!).
Operational Excellence: Oversee receiving picking and packing to ensure were hitting targets and exceeding expectations.
Safety : Enforce top-tier Health & Safety standardsbecause a safe warehouse is a happy home for our stock.
Problem Solver: Spot bottlenecks before they happen and implement clever solutions (and new SOPs) to keep things moving.
Tech Savvy: Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and MS Office to keep inventory in tip-top shape.
Do You Have the Right Finish
Were looking for someone who doesnt just handle pressurethey thrive on it.
What youll bring to the warehouse floor:
Experience: At least 2 years in a warehouse environment (leadership experience is the gloss on the cabinet).
People Skills: The ability to train mentor and inspire a team to reach their full potential.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracynothing gets past you!
Organisation: The ability to prioritise tasks when things get busy.
Bonus Features: A forklift licence (Counterbalance or Reach) is a massive plus!
